From May 2019 watch out for adverts for …..

  • Village BBQs – fun for all the family on the recreation ground. BBQ food, puddings provided at modest costs so….just bring yourselves, picnic gear and something to sit on. Games to be played, songs to be sung and fun for all ages to be had. Held only during summer months! If it rains, we still go ahead but go inside !

  • Sunday Breakfasts : delicious hearty fare for all the family, freshly cooked, to order, by experienced volunteers. All take place in the Community Centre

  • Murder Mystery Evening: Friday 12th July: The Village Hall at 7.30pm. Supper, bar and raffle. Doors and bar open at 6.45pm. Performed by local award winning group SNADS and directed by our very own Vanessa Dawson.Murder, mystery, clues and outrageous red herrings come to thevillage. Come watch the action and play detective.Tickets costs £12.50 on sale soon.This event isn’t suitable for Under 18’s

  • HEY DAY Saturday 22nd June – come and meet us in the CORGI tent and find out what we are up to.

  • After School Cafe ……Thursdays: term time: 3.15 – 4.15pm

  • Autumn Car Boot sale : dates and times to be arranged.

  • OKETOBERFEST : Sat 28th September…. Back by popular demand (Tickets on sale at Heyday in the CORGI tent) plus the ultimate challenge….THE HILL RACE…adults race up and down Hambledon Hill plus children races on the recreation ground.

  • Quiz Night Saturday 16th November at The Village Hall. Quizzes with a twist! plus supper and bar (tbc)

  • Christmas Lantern Making Workshop : The Community Centre. Date to be arranged before the parade (tbc)

  • Christmas Lantern Parade with Festive music – walking through the village on Thursday 19th December.

  • Burns Night Event in January 2020
