Facilities and Charges
The main hall measures 130 square metres and comfortably holds 200 people. It has a polished wooden floor, a high, vaulted ceiling,large windows and is warm and bright.
The hall has a good sound system with hand held and lapel Wi-Fi microphones and 6 speakers which can be connected to a laptop or projector. An induction loop enables guests with certain hearing aids to hear more clearly.
There is a 10’ electronic projection screen which with the sound system, is ideal for presentations of all kinds and for children’s parties.
A flexible, modular stage, which can be up to 13.5 square metres, can be used in a number of ways within the hall.
Comfortable chairs, including some with arms for use by the less able bodied, are available.
Tables to seat 4 and to seat 8, and room dividing screens are available.

The Small Meeting Room can seat up to 10 people, board room style and is equipped with a portable projection screen.
The large Kitchen has a commercial dishwasher, large fridge, cooker, microwave and urn. There is a serving hatch to the main hall which can be used as a bar.
Four newly refurbished lavatories, including facilities for disabled visitors and for baby changing.
The Car Park is dry and well lit, and can hold up to 25 cars.

Charges and Terms
Hire fees include the use of the kitchen, car park, tables and chairs, stage, screen and sound system.
Discount rates are offered to residents of Child Okeford and to village clubs and groups.
1. A deposit of £10 is charged for the door key, refundable on return of the key.
2. A surcharge of £5.00 is payable on charges outstanding after 21 days
3. The Trustees reserve the right to charge for damage or breakages.
