Refurbishment works to Shillingstone Footbridge
he East side of the footbridge needs reinstating as well as the replacement of some of the deck boards on the footbridge.
Therefore, a proposal is in place to reinstate the bank for the footbridge and replace the failing deck boards.
The plan is to close the footbridge from 13th May 2024 with an expected duration for 5 weeks.
The footbridge will be closed 24/7 during the works.
Diversion routes will be provided by the Senior Ranger for the area.
